Over the past decade I’ve been published in print and online in The Guardian, The Observer, The Times and the environmental website Mongabay.

I’m currently the Digital News Editor for the Natural History Museum, London, meaning I get to spend my days chatting with world experts in natural history and writing about all the amazing research they do.

And yes, I have seen all the dinosaurs they keep behind the scenes 👀

With a background in biology and having spent a year following gorillas in the African rainforest, my speciality is very much natural history and conservation, with a generous side helping of queer nature!

Over the years, I’ve interviewed high-profile scientists and politicians, followed researchers out into the field and watched various animals in differing states of decay being dissected.
